How Arrowtrip collects, uses and protects personal information.

This policy applies to arrowtrip.in and to the Arrowtrip apps and services operated by Arrowtrip Private Limited ("Arrowtrip", "we", "us"). We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Information we collect

  • Details you send us through the contact form or by email, such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation and message.
  • Once bookings open: traveller names, contact details, identity details required by airlines or hotels, and booking history.
  • Basic technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To complete bookings with airlines, hotels, bus operators and other travel suppliers.
  • To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
  • To improve the security and performance of our website and apps.

Sharing

We share personal data only with the travel suppliers needed to fulfil your booking, with regulated payment processors, with service providers who host or operate our systems under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Payments

Payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment aggregators. We do not store full card numbers, CVV or net-banking passwords on our servers.

Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@arrowtrip.in.
